Ballet West is proud to continue its long-standing commitment bringing dance to more people in the West of Scotland.
A wide range of classes are taught throughout Argyll and Bute, and there are classes for all ages starting from 2 years old, including adult classes.
The classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced staff including Ballet West Principal, Gillian Barton, and Ballet West graduate's Amanda Sloss, Vicky Horn, Katherine Blyth and Yomira Barton.
The annual part-time shows have now become a feature of Oban and Fort William as the learning gained throughout the year is brought together in a feast of dance at the Corran Halls, Oban, and Lochaber High School, Fort William in June.
Ballet West founder, Gillian Barton, said "We are very pleased to reach out to communities beyond our base at Taynuilt and bring dance to as wide a range of people as possible. Our teachers are enthusiastic, motivational and talented individuals who love dancing and teaching".
In the future, it is hoped to involve more rural and island communities within Argyll and further afield.
